This post covers a patent for a Fuel Supply Apparatus for Internal Combustion Engines/ pat. no. 3,980,053, that according to the cover letter, includes complete and detailed instructions in order to replicate.
Some interesting notes include:
Basically to power an engine by the system, the gasoline carburetor is removed and replaced by the Horvath fuel generator unit which couples to the accelerator linkage for control. The system is very sophisticated and operates automatically to produce and delivery a proper fuel mixture as scheduled by the accelerator to satisfy engine performance needs. Page1
No conventional fuel is used by this system. Only distilled water is consumed from an electrolyte solution. Only 22 amperes of DC current are required to break-down the water molecule and to deliver new fuel to the engine. Page 1
This patent will generate controversy. Many will claim that water alone cannot serve as fuel. Critics are strong on theoretical put downs. They never engage in first-hand actions or investigations. They are intellectual cowards, who will never attempt to replicate such a system or seek to contact inventors of controversial systems to observe operating prototypes. Page 2
We see instances every day, in which the output energy obtained from a process exceeds the input energy required to carry out the process. The small energy input from a single match can burn down the largest building, releasing a massive amount of heat energy, far exceeding the input energy. Think of atomic bombs, etc.. Page 2
The heat of combustion of a pure hydrogen and oxygen mixture is greater than that of a gasoline and air mixture of comparable volume. This composite mixture of air, hydrogen and oxygen can be supply directly to a conventional internal combustion engine, without overheating, and without creation of a vacuum in the system.
